Pcb assembly cleaning machines ECO1000 and ECO2000 are used to clean your electronic boards, PCBs and various other small parts using spray technology on an aqueous basis with neutral or alkaline cleaning agents. In particular, this involves the removal of resin and flux residues, and of handling residues, e.g. during repairs, from assembled PCB's. The same applies, of course, to hybrids. PCB cleaning is also essential for process steps such as bonding or protective coating and after component replacement on the board. In the case of coatings on PCBs that have not been cleaned, residues that remain cause poor wetting of the coating or even lead to detachment of the protective coating.
Electronic assemblies are cleaned in 3 steps. is carried out in 3 steps. Cleaning with alkaline cleaner, several intensive rinses with deionized water and subsequent drying with hot air. 
The easy programming of the steps regarding number, duration, temperature of cleaning, rinsing and drying should be emphasized. A demineralization cartridge with conductivity monitoring guarantees effective rinsing with demineralized water. The cleaning programs as well as the cleaners used can be viewed via the network interface. In addition, the logs of the last 20 cleanings can also be retrieved.
