Clean, rinse and dry assembled circuit boards

The ECO 1000 and ECO 2000 systems clean electronic assemblies and printed circuit boards using an aqueous spray process. They are designed to remove flux, resin and handling residues, for example after assembly or repair and before further processing such as protective coating.

The process combines cleaning with a suitable agent, several rinses with deionised water and hot-air drying. The cleaning programme controls the number, duration and temperature of the individual steps.
