4-electrode conductivity measurement. High measuring accuracy even when dirty.
Technical data measuring cell download
4 electrodes conductivity measurement with high measurement accuracy even if the contacts are dirty.
The LFTR 40 transmitter is plugged directly onto the measuring cell, so that there is no need for any wiring work between the measuring cell and the transmitter and no cable resistances can be included in the measurement result. From the transmitter it then goes directly to the PLC, whereby the cable length is irrelevant.
A measuring range from 0...120 µS/cm to 0...1200 mS/cm is covered. In between, the finest gradations are possible by changing the measuring cell and by moving jumpers.
The media temperature is measured by NTC and is used for temperature compensation of the conductivity as TK-nat.
The media contacting materials are electrographite , titanium and EPDM. The housing of the measuring cells and the immersion fitting are made of PP.
Thus, a very inexpensive measuring unit is available as immersion fitting TA 40 or as fitting for installation in fittings as 2 ¼" and 2 ¾".
