Data protection guidelines
Protecting your personal data when collecting, processing and use during your visit to our homepage is very important to us. Your data is protected in accordance with legal regulations.
Supplement: Google Analytics 4 (14 October 2026)
We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, to understand use of this website and improve our product information. Measurement starts only after you consent to “Google Analytics” in the “Statistics” category of our cookie settings. The Google measurement library is not loaded without this consent.
After consent, we measure page views, scrolls, downloads, outbound links and clicks on our email or telephone links. Contact clicks do not establish that an enquiry was actually sent. Device and browser information, a pseudonymous browser identifier and approximate location are also processed; the IP address is processed for technical communication. This integration does not intentionally transmit names, email addresses or contact-form messages to Analytics. Automatic form and search-term measurement, Google Signals and personalised advertising features are disabled. Account and checkout pages are excluded from our measurement.
Storage and analysis are based on your voluntary consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and section 25(1) of the German TDDDG. The statistics cookies _ga and _ga_* are configured for a maximum of 180 days, without automatically extending their lifetime on every page view.
Google may also process data in the USA. You may withdraw your consent for the future at any time using Open cookie settings or the corresponding footer link. Select “Only essentials”, or switch off “Google Analytics” and save your choice. Withdrawal ends ongoing measurement and reloads the page. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before consent was withdrawn.
Analytics retention for user-level data and individual events is set to two months. Resetting retention on new user activity is disabled. Aggregated standard reports may remain available beyond this period.
