The new generation transducers MW22 and MW22-1000 from IMO for the measurement of electrical conductivity in liquids offer highest precision at absolute LOW Price.
The recommended measuring range for the MW22 is 0...100 nS / cm with a resolution of 0.1 nS to 0...200 mS / cm, for the MW22-1000 it is 0...10 mS / cm to 0...1000 mS / cm.
With both types of transducers, the conductivity measuring cell is contacted via a 3-wire connection. The advantage is that the cable length no longer has any influence on the measuring accuracy.
The galvanic isolation of the conductivity electrode to the supply voltage and to the analog outputs is mandatory.
The MW22-1000 transducer and the specially developed 3-wire measuring cell with 5-pin M12 connector and the cell constant of 1 offer the possibility of measuring up to 1000 mS / cm with a very high accuracy.
The MWTA32 measuring transducer is installed directly in the TA32 immersion fitting. From the immersion fitting directly to PLC saves mounting and wiring effort.
The NTC sensor installed in the LF measuring cell is used for temperature compensation of the conductance and measurement of the temperature, which is output via the current output.
The configuration of the measuring transducer is very simple. Connect the measuring transducer to the PC via USB cable, call up the configuration software and configure, that's it.
