Ampere-hour counters for electroplating: AZ2000 and AZ4000

Measure charge and control dosing

The AZ2000 and AZ4000 ampere-hour counter families measure the accumulated current over time in an electroplating process. Depending on the model, they offer totalising, batch preselection and dosing electronics for replenishing bath additives.

  • AZ2000: ampere-hour counter for measuring and monitoring accumulated charge.
  • AZ2000DSZ: version with dosing electronics.
  • AZ4000: totalising counter with batch preselection.

The standard input is designed for a 60 mV shunt signal. Depending on the counter, the display can show ampere-hours, ampere-minutes or a calculated metal mass. Choose the version for the measurement task, rectifier and required dosing function.
