ECO 2000 for cleaning electronic assemblies
The ECO 2000 cleans assembled printed circuit boards using an aqueous spray process. A programmed cycle combines cleaning, rinsing with deionised water and hot-air drying. Select the cleaning agent and programme for the flux, residues and component compatibility.
Configure the process for the application
- Create and select cleaning programmes on the graphic display.
- Set temperatures and durations for cleaning, rinsing and drying.
- Monitor the conductivity of the final rinse water to check the rinsing process.
- Network connection for the functions described in the operating instructions.
Built-in dosing pumps add liquid cleaning components as programmed. Dosing is monitored during operation. Two PCB frames are included.
Match the load and cleaning process
Check the assembly’s material, temperature and process compatibility before cleaning. Use agents approved for this system. Loading and PCB placement also affect cleaning and drying results. The operating instructions cover installation, maintenance and programme selection.
