AZ2000DSZ: Totaliser with DSZ dosing electronics
The AZ2000DSZ measures the electric charge passed through an electroplating process. A six-digit electromechanical totaliser displays the accumulated value and can be reset with a key.
Dosing based on electric charge
The integrated DSZ uses a potential-free relay contact (230 V / 10 A) to run a connected dosing pump or solenoid valve for a set time. The standard version offers 1–99 seconds per 100 Ah; other intervals are available on request. The actual dose depends on the pump capacity or valve flow rate.
Match the shunt and counter
The standard input accepts a 60 mV shunt signal or an equivalent rectifier signal. The display is calibrated for the shunt’s rated current and the required unit. Ah and Amin are available according to calibration; other quantities such as As or metal weight are available on request. The MB indicator monitors the measuring signal.
