TS2011: dry storage for electronics manufacturing
The TS2011-19 DC dries and stores moisture-sensitive items such as SMD components, printed circuit boards and loaded feeders. The information sheet specifies drying down to 0.5% relative humidity. The conditions achieved and the time needed depend on factors including the load and frequency of door opening.
Regenerable dehumidification
Circulating air passes through a zeolite cartridge, which absorbs moisture. When saturated, the drying medium is regenerated with hot air. During regeneration, which takes around 1.5 hours, no dry air is supplied to the cabinet. The display shows relative humidity.
Display, network and service
- LAN connection for the web interface, with humidity, operating and diagnostic information.
- USB connection for configuration software, diagnostics and firmware maintenance.
- Lockable cabinet doors and four shelves as standard.
Follow the component manufacturer’s requirements for storage and re-drying. The operating instructions exclude materials that release flammable gases.
