SMART 96-2: pH or ORP and temperature
The SMART 96-2 measures and controls pH or ORP and temperature. Its 96 × 48 mm front is designed for installation in a control panel.
The measuring input is configured for either pH or ORP measurement. A Pt100 input measures temperature and enables automatic temperature compensation for pH measurement.
- pH measurement from 0.00 to 14.00 pH or ORP measurement from −1200 to +1200 mV.
- Pt100 temperature input with 2- or 3-wire connection.
- 3 potential-free relay outputs for control and monitoring.
- 2 assignable analogue outputs: 0–20 mA or 4–20 mA.
- Backlit display with German or English operating menu.

Calibration and measurement
pH calibration uses two buffer solutions with automatic buffer recognition. The instrument displays zero point and slope. For ORP calibration, the reference solution value is entered.
Control and signal outputs
Relay functions include limit switching, pulse duration control (PRI), pulse frequency control (PRF) and alarm functions. Integral action can be enabled for PRI and PRF. The two current outputs can be assigned to the measured value or temperature and scaled as required.
