This page provides the information required under Regulation (EU) 2023/2854 (EU Data Act) regarding the data generated by the device, its storage, usage, and available access options.
The ÖKO cleaning system generates and stores the following operational data:
The data is stored in a device-internal binary format and can be viewed or downloaded via the web interface. Any PDF generation is performed exclusively locally within the user’s browser using JavaScript.
The device provides status information via the web interface in near real time. No continuous external data transmission takes place.
All generated data is stored exclusively locally in the device’s internal memory. There is no automatic transmission to external servers.

Deletion of data by the user is not предусмотрено. The ring buffer automatically overwrites older entries.
Settings can only be adjusted directly on the device via the integrated display, not via the web interface.
The device does not actively communicate with external systems.
When loading the web interface, static files (e.g. JavaScript libraries) are loaded from a company-operated web server.
When requesting the file update.js, the MAC address of the device is transmitted
to provide firmware information or user notices. No data is shared with third parties.
Firmware updates of the control logic can only be performed via USB. Updates of the web interface may be stored locally or dynamically loaded from external scripts hosted on the company’s own server.
Access is exclusively via HTTP within the local network. The device does not require an internet connection, backend system, or user account management.
Service quality depends on the stability of the local network. No external services are used.
